The hotel is situated in a quiet area by the river and park, making for an enjoyable stay. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, had issues with noise from neighboring rooms and lacked views. The service was kind and friendly, and the staff couldn't do more to assist us. The dining experience offered good quality food but lacked variety. The location, although hindered by road closures, was ideal for families and walking near the river bank. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks to consider.

The hotel is located in a historic area, perfect for exploring the various Ironbridge museums. The rooms are of a nice standard, but they need a makeover and some TLC. The service, from room service to housekeeping, is welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very good for a wedding, with lovely staff and a great location near the Ironbridge center. However, the dining experience, while good, ended a little earlier than expected. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with a few areas to improve on.
